How do I get started?

We will be right there with you every step of the set up process. Your input is important to make sure you know all the benefits of the platform, how to use it, and how it will be working for you! Here are the main steps to get you set up:

  • We will first set up your general company information

  • We will create phone numbers to track each of your campaigns and direct them to your phone number, this also allows you to send/recieve text messages right to the app

  • We will work with you to connect your gmail to your account so emails come from your email

  • Depending on how you schedule, we will connect your calendar to the app so you can see your appointments and, if you wish, enable online scheduling

  • We will connect your Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook to your account to enable tracking and reports

  • We will work with you to create common text and email templates that you and your team use to communicate – improving your communication and saving you time!

  • We will work with you to plan out what and when automated emails and texts can be sent to your customers

  • We will work with you to create a text and email drip campaign that meets the needs of your business and your customers

  • Finally, we will add any team members to the app that you would like to have access!

How can I use the app?

Once everything is in place, the platform does most of the work for you! Here’s what you can do to make the most of it:

  • When the phone rings, make sure you answer it!

  • Check your app regularly to see new leads and messages that have come in so you can reach out to your potential customers

  • When you book a new Lead, mark in the app the outcome – did they book or not?

  • When a job is complete, mark in the app that the job was completed!

  • When a job is complete, go into the app and send a review request!
