We will be right there with you every step of the set up process. Your input is important to make sure you know all the benefits of the platform, how to use it, and how it will be working for you! Here are the main steps to get you set up:
We will first set up your general company information
We will create phone numbers to track each of your campaigns and direct them to your phone number, this also allows you to send/recieve text messages right to the app
We will work with you to connect your gmail to your account so emails come from your email
Depending on how you schedule, we will connect your calendar to the app so you can see your appointments and, if you wish, enable online scheduling
We will connect your Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook to your account to enable tracking and reports
We will work with you to create common text and email templates that you and your team use to communicate – improving your communication and saving you time!
We will work with you to plan out what and when automated emails and texts can be sent to your customers
